One World Estate's Rosalina Sweeney is an approved Massachusetts Real Estate Instuctor and provides instructional classes for:

• Continuing Education
• Real Estate Salesperson's License 
• Real Estate Broker's License 

Classes are offered through the AAA Statewide Real Estate School, Inc. at our location in Lynn, Massachusetts.

• Complete your course at your own pace. No need to sit through long all weekend classes.
• Classes are held at our convienent location on the Lynnway in Lynn, MA.
• Individual attention from an experienced real estate broker and instructor.
• Small, friendly and informal classrooms.
• The most current Massachusetts Real Estate information.
• Classes designed for adults who may have been out of school for some time.

Continuing Education $179.00
Real Estate Sales $279.00
Real Estate Broker’s $349.00

Once you pass the salesperson's licence exam, you can work for One World Real Estate and we will refund your tuition after your first sale with us!*

*You are not obligated to work for One World Real Estate after you pass your exam. Many people take our courses to obtain their license to work for any real estate agency that they choose, or for their future use.
