One World Real Estate is announcing that they will now be offering real estate classes to the community at their Lynn location.

Rosalina Sweeney, owner of One World Real Estate, is proud to announce the opening of the AAA Statewide Real Estate School branch in Lynn, MA.

Students may attend classes at times most convenient to them, and they can go at they own pace. This unique approached to obtain your license uses new technology.

The school offers flexible hours and students will be able to learn at their own speed.

The state of Massachusetts requires 25 hours of classroom instruction to take the salesperson license exam, 32 hours for the broker exam, and also requires 12 hours of continuing education to maintain an active license.

One World Real Estate is pleased to offer continuing education for those real estate licensees who need to renew their license, as well as instruction to those seeking to obtain their real estate license.

Rosalina was born in Guatemala, and has lived on the North Shore for the last 20 years.  She is very proud to live and do business in Lynn.

She opened One World Real Estate 7 years ago, after spending 11 years working as a Real Estate Agent for several local real estate companies.

Rosalina is very happy to offer the opportunity to any one with a desire to “view real estate from the inside” and to take the course and obtain their licenses.

“Real Estate has been very good to me”, Rosalina states. From a humble beginning in her native Guatemala, she has been able to provide, along with her husband, a good life for her and her family.

Rosalina is married to Paul Sweeney, a Lynn native, and has 3 children. She is proud of her children's successes. “My three children are all college graduates” she said proudly.
